About
Jason M. Langone
Principal & Founder
Born in Alexandria, VA, I have lived throughout much of the east coast. I’ve held positions at companies such as Charles E. Smith (DC/VA), Citrix Systems (FL), Tyco Healthcare (MA), Computershare (MA) and am now supporting organizations that focus on Federal agencies, Fortune Global 500 companies and cloud service providers.
I left Rhode Island in early 2007 to return to the Old Dominion for both career and life reasons. I’ve been heavily involved with VMWare, Microsoft and Citrix implementations for both consolidation and disaster recovery efforts for the last 7 years. I spoke at VMWorld 2006 about my custom disaster recovery solution(Presentation) for a 100+ blade environment running VMWare ESX/VI3 and continue to be an active member of the VMWare community.
This site is not a VMware-fan website, as there are countless of those out in the ether. Instead, this site follows the mantra of Independent Virtualization Thought, whereby no one vendor is pushed as the almighty solution. Instead, a careful eye will be cast to the marketplace and the clear leaders will be discussed. As such, this site does not have VMware, Citrix or Microsoft sponsorship, to ensure complete neutrality.
